The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) went live with a significant upgrade to their pavement management system (PMS). Delaware has used AgileAssets® pavement management software since 1999, and after many improvements over the years, DelDOT launched their new pavement management system based on AgileAssets v7.1 software.
In a short 3½ month period, the joint DelDOT and AgileAssets project team implemented six major features:
Redesigned User Interface
- Next Generation Mapping
- Import/Export
- Enhanced Analytics
- Multiple Dashboards
- iOS and Android Compatibility
These significant accomplishments were possible due to the DelDOT team, headed by Marty Matlock, Project Manager. She is supported by Rhonda Lewis, Sanjay Kumar, and Ozden Basaran. The AgileAssets team was led by Lori Lattrell, Project Manager, and included Eric Perrone, Ting Wang, Julianna Benfield, and Mark Morris. The AgileAssets team has developed a great relationship with DelDOT over the years. Any concerns and problems faced were quickly resolved. DelDOT easily learned the new mapping technology, which greatly reduces the workload required to build better mapping reports.
Congratulations to the joint DelDOT/AgileAssets team for their successful, on-time project delivery.
