This fall, AgileAssets is attending a series of global conferences, sponsoring, exhibiting and presenting our Infrastructure Asset Management Software.
Discussing Intelligent Traffic Solutions & Smart Infrastructure in Copenhagen
17th – 21. September, we visited the ITS World Conference in Copenhagen, with close to 15000 visitors, including delegates and exhibitors. Intelligent traffic solutions (ITS) and new tech help further Smart Cities and sustainability.
As data handling and operations of smart infrastructure is part of this, we wanted to talk to some of the many international transportation experts and decision makers attending. Global Communications Manager, Mikkel Bruun, living in Copenhagen, was at the conference.
Showcasing global advancements in London
October 2-3, 2018, we were at the European Transportation GIS Summit in London. Pascal Laumet, Director of EMEA Operations, James Robertson, EMEA Business Development Director and Vice President, Joe Garvey, were representing AgileAssets.
Pascal introduced the new integrated AgileAssets/ESRI solution in Indonesia, which will be used for the strategic planning of Pavements, Structures, and Safety works. We hope to expand our global business through GIS-related projects.
Presenting on Road Data Handling and Analysis in Madrid
October 17-19, we were once again in the good company of ERPUG – the European Road Profilers’ User Group, where we shared experiences on data collection and data handling, across private and public businesses. We are proud to be Gold Sponsors of this event, where we re-connect with clients and partners from the EMEA area. We do see a clear need for our advanced analytics in Europe, as Big Data and smart infrastructure is making its way into the asset management discipline.
Head of Business Development in EMEA; James Robertson and Mikkel Bruun were there. James gave a presentation about how our infrastructure asset management software can answer the growing need for data interpretation, and we also had a booth at the conference exhibition.
On the Expert Panel at the International Road Federation Conference in Dubrovnik
October 22-24, AgileAssets was at the IRF European Road Conference in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Being a relatively new member of the European Union (2013), Croatia is one of the frontrunners in the Balkans when it comes to new infrastructure. The conference title is Corridors for Shared Prosperity & Sustainable Mobility and refers to The Trans-European Transport Networks, which serves the same purpose as the American Interstate Highways, and where the Balkans is strategically placed, when it comes to trade between Mediterranean countries and the rest of Europe.
We welcome this opportunity to share our experiences with asset management on strategic corridors in the US and UK, and how our software solutions can help to keep road and bridge infrastructure sustainable. Dr. Pascal Laumet, Head of EMEA Operations, was on the panel about Advances in Road Asset Management Solutions. Mr. James Robertson, Head of Business Development in EMEA, joined Pascal and also manned the booth, we had there.
