Q. What are the registration fees?

Registration is free for employees of public agencies.

For private organizations, the fee for full or partial attendance is $150 per registrant.

Q. How can I pay for my registration?

You can pay for registration by credit card. If you require a Purchase Order, email us at Xchange@agileassets.com

Q. Can I earn Continuing Education credit?

Yes. Attendees earn 0.75 Professional Development Hour (PDH) or .075 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) for each 45-minute session they attend.

To get your attendance certificate for credited hours, download this form, fill in the sessions you attended, sign it, and email it to xchange@agileassets.com.

Q. Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes, the sessions will be recorded. All registrants will have access to the recordings following the event. You will be notified via email when the recordings are available.

Q. What is the last day I can cancel a registration?

You can cancel up until May 24 end of the day. To request a cancellation, please email Xchange@agileassets.com. If your payment has already been processed, you will receive a refund. Please allow time for processing.

Q. How do I join a session?

On the Agenda page, select a session and click the “Join Broadcast” button under the session title. The Join Broadcast button will display 2 minutes before the scheduled session start time.

When you click the “Join Broadcast” button, you may be prompted to login in order to join the session. Click “Login” to display a dialog box asking for the email address used to register your ticket. A new confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to log in.

When joining a session, you will automatically be muted to minimize background noise.

Once the session is over, go back to the Agenda page to join the next session.

Q. How do I ask questions during a session?

Most sessions will include time for audience Q&A. Post questions at any time in the “Q&A” window within the session. Speakers will answer questions at the end of the session, time permitting.

Q. How can I interact and network with others?

During a Session

Each session will include a Chat feature for session-specific dialog. We encourage you to post comments and engage with your peers under “Chat.”

At Any Time

You can interact with event participants at any time through the AgileAssets Xchange community on Slack. Once you have registered for the event, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to join the Slack community.

Q. What is Slack?

Slack is a messaging app that helps you communicate with Xchange attendees, speakers, and staff. A Slack workspace is made up of channels. The Slack workspace for the Xchange Roadshow community is located at agileassetsxchange.slack.com.

You must be registered for Xchange Roadshow 2021 to join the community. Check your most recent event confirmation email to find an invitation to join the Slack workspace. You can also join by clicking this link.

Q. Do I have to download anything?

No, you can access Slack through a web browser.

Downloading the Slack desktop application is also an option, but not required. Many users prefer the lightweight Slack desktop app while in a virtual event in order to have both the event and the community chat window open at one time.

Q. How do I use Slack?

  1. First, you must join the AgileAssets Xchange Slack workspace through the invitation link included with your most recent event confirmation email.
  2. Login or create a Slack account with your business email address.
  3. Once in the AgileAssets Xchange Slack workspace, find a list of channels in the left column. Click the channel #name? to join the discussion, ask questions, and connect with others.

Q. What are the system requirements to join the event?

  • Windows 7 and above, running Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported
  • MacOS 10.9 or later, running Chrome and Firefox. Safari not well supported
  • iPhone 5S or later, running iOS 11 and up
  • Android 4.0 or later, running Chrome

Q. Do I need extra software or do I need to connect to an external platform to attend the event?

No, all you need is a stable Internet connection, your computer, and/or your mobile phone. Please make sure: 1) you are using Chrome as your browser, 2) you have enabled cookies, and 3) you are not connected to your organization’s virtual server.

Q. What if I have trouble joining the session, or audio/video problems?

  1. Make sure you are using a compatible browser.
  2. Disconnected from any organization’s virtual server or VPN.
  3. Check for system compatibility issues using this Quick Tech Check.
  4. Click on the AgileAssets chatbot in the bottom right of the window to request help.
  5. Event registrants can join the agileassetsxchange.slack.com Slack channel for assistance.
  6. Email us at xchange@agileassets.com.

Q. I’m getting an error message regarding third-party cookie consent. What do I do?

In order to display the virtual session video player and provide your personalized agenda, third-party cookies must be enabled in your browser. Each browser and operating system has different steps to enable third-party cookies. The steps below will enable third-party cookies for all sites. You may wish to revert back to blocking third-party cookies

Google Chrome – Desktop

    1. For Mac, click Chrome > Preferences from the top menu bar. For PC, select the Chrome menu icon
    2. Click on Settings, then Show Advanced Settings
    3. Under Privacy, click on Content Settings
    4. Make sure Block third-party cookies and site data is unchecked

Google Chrome – Android

    1. On your Android device, open the Chrome app
    2. At the top right, tap More, then More and finally Settings
    3. Tap Site Settings and then Cookies
    4. Ensure that the Cookies toggle is turned on
    5. Finally check the box next to Allow Third-Party Cookies

Safari – MacOS (Desktop)

    1. Open Safari > Preferences from the top menu bar
    2. Click Privacy in the top panel
    3. Under Block Cookies select Never

Safari – iOS (Mobile)

    1. Open the Settings app
    2. Scroll down and select Safari
    3. Under Privacy and Security, turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies

Mozilla Firefox – Windows

    1. Click Tools > Options
    2. Click Privacy in the top panel
    3. Check Accept Cookies from Site
    4. Check Accept Third-Party Cookies
    5. Click Okay
