About the Speaker

Joe Garvey

Chief Growth Officer, AgileAssets

Joe Garvey brings more than 25 years of government and commercial experience to the practice of infrastructure asset lifecycle management. As Chief Growth Officer at AgileAssets, he provides strategic leadership to senior teams that serve as trusted partners to engineering consulting firms and IT service providers serving transportation agencies in the U.S. and abroad. Drawing on his skills in economic analysis, strategic planning, change management, and enterprise communication, Joe takes a customer-centered approach to help agencies and their partners solve strategic asset management challenges. He is a member of the Transportation Research Board Committee on Information Systems and Technology and was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to the District Export Council.
